After 20 years, Cremai is today the pioneering meeting of hospitality professions on the African continent. It brings together important professional expertise and unparalleled networking opportunities.
The model and motivation of Cremai have a multisectoral and multidimensional purpose that fits in the dynamics of the Kingdom and the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to develop and promote, on the one hand, the intangible heritage of the Kingdom, and on the other, positioning itself as a continental leader and participating in the promotion of Africa and its culture.
The exhibition aims to make Morocco a commercial hub for the HORECA sector in Africa and a bridge of exchange and enrichment of the gastronomic heritage of the Kingdom and the continent.
